We are currently looking for a Data Manager, based at our Aubagne site, whose responsibilities will revolve around the web application developed in-house, including:

• Ensuring the production of necessary data and keeping the log of various data updates up to date.
• Ensuring data governance by working with different departments to ensure their data is organized and accessible.
• Creating documentation on data management processes to support the various departments.
• Ensuring the integrity and completeness of data and acting as a liaison between internal teams and the development team.
• Managing user access and permissions for the application’s users and groups.
• Collecting and analyzing internal user data to create reports and dashboards.
• Performing data mining to support sales strategies and marketing analysis.

• An open mind to gain a solid understanding of the company and its data, along with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities (English required).
• You will also work closely with various internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Design Office, IT) as well as members of our international teams, so good interpersonal skills are essential.
• You have technical expertise in handling large volumes of information in formats such as relational databases or spreadsheets.
• 1–2 years of experience in managing large data volumes is required, along with proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and Excel VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
