About the role

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CO2 Heat Pump and Industrial Cooling Systems Sales Representative to join our international team, focusing primarily on the French market, with potential expansion into Belgium or other French-speaking regions. In this role, you will leverage your network within the HVAC industry.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the heat pump sector, and will generate new business. You'll be expected to build and cultivate new relationships, actively expanding our customer base. With a clear sales target in place, this position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing market. 

Missions

Responsibilities:

  • Integrated into our European sales team and directly reporting to the France Sales Manager (N+1) and the Europe Sales Director (N+2), you will take charge of the French market for tertiary and industrial heating and air conditioning applications (CO2 natural refrigerant heat pumps).

  • Your objective is to grow the revenue in your sector by maintaining and developing a portfolio of installer clients, consultants (engineering offices), and end customers in sectors such as hospitality, production plants, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, district heating, etc.

  • To achieve this, you will provide technical, economic, service, and energy efficiency advice to our clients. You will handle customer requests with great responsiveness, find solutions to resolve disputes, and make life easier for our customers.

  • You will benefit from significant autonomy and flexibility, working within a multicultural European sales team of about forty people with a strong team spirit. A one-month onboarding period and training will be offered by the group to help you evolve and develop your skills.

  • You will have the support of a sales support team that will help you build offers and follow up on projects. You will also be supported by a team of about ten commissioning engineers and technical experts who will enable you to respond quickly and provide service to our clients.

  • As energy efficiency and environmental concerns are now central to our and our clients’ priorities, you will promote a range of innovative, high-performance, and environmentally neutral products that help reduce the carbon footprint.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • With a technical education background, you have previous experience as a technical salesperson (M/F) with at least 2 years of experience in the heating/air conditioning (HVAC) sector.

  • Fluency in both French and English is required, as you'll collaborate with a diverse and international team.
  • In addition to your strong interpersonal skills, you have great resilience and a sharp sense of negotiation. You have an eye for detail, excellent listening skills, and know how to ask open-ended questions to better understand the needs and problems of your clients.

  • You are proactive, autonomous, curious, organized, and know how to manage priorities.
